Geospatial and Temporal Studies on Climatic Parameters and Their Impact on Inland Fish Production: A Case Study

چکیده

Climate change threatening the word food security including fisheries production. The current study aimed to find relationship between different climatic variables and fish production by generating spatial maps. parameters data viz., mean maximum temperature; minimum total rainfall, wind speed were plotted in GIS (Geographical Information System) platform thematic mapping of it’s for all districts Maharashtra year 1975 2017 on quarter basis was done using QGIS 3.6.1. maps percentage quarters zone Maharashtra. In addition, along with 2017–18 2012 zone. sensitivity analysis inland state seven zones GAM (Generalized Additive Model). temperature (MMAX) monthly rainfall (TMRF) found most significant factors prediction average increase MMAX during 2nd 3rd (April September) less than 1st 4th quarters, whereas, case an decrease estimated quarter. that Nagpur Pune two highest fish-producing regions, Konkan Aurangabad least productive regions.
